I just love all holidays and the opportunity to celebrate pretty much everything. Unfortunately, when food allergies came into my life, there was a short term dark cloud that hovered over my head until I embraced food allergies, Valentine’s Day and interesting solutions. Now, I get my creativity on! For school, I generally like to make non-food items if possible. Even though I thoroughly understand, dairy, nut, egg and seed allergies. I’m not a gluten free whiz and almost panic if I need to avoid soy. So, bringing in something fun for the kids is a much better choice for me.
