Help out Lexie…Vote for Her Salad'tude!

You are here: Home / Glorious Food / Help out Lexie…Vote for Her Salad'tude!

December 11, 2012 By //  by Caroline Moassessi 2 Comments

Friends, Lexie, author of Lexie’s Kitchen, who writes a beautiful blog about gluten, dairy and egg free cooking & baking, needs our one time vote!  Lexie is one of 15 finalists in the, “My Salad’tude Contest“.  Okay, don’t you just love the name of the contest?  If she wins, Lexie will enjoy a nice Napa Valley Culinary Getaway!  Please vote for her–she is finalist #2!

All you need to do is visit the Salad’tude Contest site, which is being hosted on the Healthy Happy Life Website and vote for FINALIST #2.  Lexie’s theme is, “We met at that Easter Buffet Back in ’82”.  I think her entry is quite funny and I enjoyed checking out everyone’s entries!  The entries are funny, visually appealing and some are down right witty.

Again: to vote visit Salad’tude Contest and vote for Finalist #2, “We Met at that Easter Buffet Back in ’82”.

Regarding Lexi’s blog, she offers a wide assortment of recipes. Her family can eat nuts so sometimes her recipes include almond milk, etc.  Simply gleam the recipes that work for your family.  If you have moment, check out her bio and why she cooks and bakes gluten, dairy and egg free.  Her child does not have Celiac Disease or life threatening food allergies and she committed her culinary life to enjoying so many non-gluten, dairy and egg recipes.  She even ventures into the world of Chia and I’m not talking the pets.
Thanks for checking out the contest, her entry really is fun and should be a winner!
