Free Asthma Screenings This Month

You are here: Home / Asthma - News / Free Asthma Screenings This Month

April 17, 2013 By //  by Caroline Moassessi 4 Comments

In the spirit of good lung health and discovering asthma that needs to be controlled,  The American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (ACAAI), is offering free asthma screenings across the county!  From personal experience, myself included, folks often don’t even realize that they are experiencing asthma and believe they are “congested” or have a cold.  Children growing up with asthma often don’t know what it feels like to take in a full breath since they never have!  Therefore, they don’t even know there is a problem or that they have asthma !  These kinds of screenings are crucial and can be life saving too!  asthma and free asthma screenings teamed up to make this possible in 100 cities across the US.
