I’m the proud owner of an Android and my “Droid” has been good to me thus far. Although…so many of the cool Apps are made for the iPhone! Here is an App that makes me a bit jealous iPhone owners: Cook It Allergy Free offers an App for both the iPhone and iPad that helps you swap out allergens to customize recipes. What caught my eye was that the Cook It Allergy Free App will let you know how well a substitution will work.

I was pretty intrigued by this App. I did not download it to my iPad yet. I’m trying to get to the point of using my iPad in the kitchen, so until then I will simply remain jealous of iPhone users and their cool Apps.
Happy Food Allergy Cooking!
p.s. When I point out a nifty new gadget, website or food, please know that I am not paid to say kind things (or unkind things), I’m hoping to simply share ideas about things that we all might find interesting.

The chicken was fabulous! Turned out great! I used olive oil instead of butter and the smoked paprika really brought it home!
