trust your journey back sideThe back of the heart medallions remind us to, “Trust Your Journey®”.

My pal Ruth and her business partner Beth, launched their inspiration website FARE.org after both faced unbearable challenges:  Beth battled Breast Cancer and Ruth lost of husband when her son was only 18 months old. Both ladies, “trusted their journey” to begin a new life of healing and supporting other women walking in their own shoes but who too where needing inspiration to face their life challenges.

ruth-tom-and-nicholasThis is a picture of Ruth and her husband Tom before he passed away, holding Nicholas who is now a strong and seriously handsome 10 year old.

Just the term, “Trust Your Journey” has resonated with me and I wear my FARE.org necklace whenever I am out of my comfort zone.  Or, when I  need to remind myself that I am suppose to be on this path with my children as we all learn how to manage life threatening food allergies, anaphylaxis and asthma.  Let’s be honest, as much as we embrace all that life brings us, there are just days that I want life threatening food allergies and asthma to magically disappear!  Unfortunately, I keep rubbing every brass lantern I see and no Genie has appeared yet!

In the spirit of Food Allergies, I hope you will find inspiration to donate to my efforts and gift that special teacher, friend or family with a Trust Your Journey® gift set!   I only have a limited amount of the Heart in Heart necklace and bracelet sets, so don’t delay your donation.

p.s.  Tell your friends!  Spread the word and let’s raise funds that make a difference and adorn ourselves with jewelry that is special to us.

We just ordered the share bracelet set for my daughter, Julia and myself. Julia is the inspiration for the Epi-Essentials, and will be attending a new school in September, away from home. She has multiple food allergies and we are all naturally nervous about her journey ahead. Our bracelets will be a good reminder to trust that Julia’s allergy and anaphylaxis training, along with our efforts to train the school, will provide a safe journey for her each and every day.

      Hi Lisa,
I’m sooooo sad to hear your story. I bought the bracelets at trustyourjourney.com and they have all sorts of cool colors, hats, necklaces, etc. You can even share your story on their website. My pal Ruth is co-owner of this company. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers and your journey continues.
