You are here: Home / Current Blog Post / Yum Oreo Stuffed Dairy-Nut-Egg Free Treat

Oreo Stuffed cupcake nut free dairy free, egg freeThe pleasant surprise of an OREO® cookie in the middle of this simple, egg-dairy and nut free treat turns on the smiles fast!  This was a very fast and easy dessert to make!  It is all about combining things from your pantry!
Note: manufacturing recipes change, so make sure you call up the Oreo and any other company product mentioned here to confirm that item is safe for your and your family.

Oreo® Stuffed Cupcakes(egg-dairy and nut free)!

Oreo on Batter nutfree dairy free, egg freeeasy steps…

  • Mix up your favorite allergen friendly cupcake batter (or check out my egg-dairy-soy-nut free recipe:  Oreo Stuffed Cupcakes.
  • Spoon one teaspoon of batter into cupcake liner.
  • Top off withOREO®or any other cookie.
  • Spoon two teaspoons of batter on top.
  • Sprinkle a few chocolate chips (I used the Enjoy Life® Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips).
  • Open mouth wide, take a big bite.
  • Smile from ear to ear.

Chocolate chips on batter 2The treat was so interesting that I served it to our guests this last week: Mandela Fellows visiting the US in participation of the Youth African Leadership Initiative.  They were from Uganda, Namibia and Nigeria and gave the dessert a thumbs up.  Although, when we roasted marshmallows, they felt those were ridiculously sweet!
If you try these out or have a fun idea for all of us to try, please share below!  Maybe a different kind of stuffing or cookie inside?  I am trying out a new icing recipe today, so I’ll report back!
