Gratefufulfoodie flavored sugar cubesTalk about inexpensive and fun! I made these supersized sugar cubes for Valentine’s Day afternoon tea. Each cube yields about two teaspoons of sugar and I flavored these with Rose extract. I’m now addicted and plan on other flavors such as lemon and mocha. They very easy and since I live in dry Nevada, they set up very fast!
gratefulfoodie sugar cubes in traysI used ice cube trays, hence the super size, but you can easily use candy molds for smaller sugar cubes. This batch yielded two teaspoon sized cubes! They just felt so festive and fun! My husbands parents are coming over for lunch and I’m hoping they’ll be dazzled too!
