Our love for snacks and good food is sacred in our family. Eating is something special and sharing food with others is one way we show our love. During the summer months snacks become even more important as we meet up friends at the park, backyard and beach for sunny good times.
So, feeling full o’ food love, I thought I’d post our recent snack favorites that are peanut, tree nut, dairy and sesame seed free…
Sunbutter, sliced Fuji apples and Divvies Chocolate chips.
- All in season fruit (locally grown gets bonus points).
- Popcorn served with mini-marshmallows mixed in.
- Anything from Divvies.
- Homemade Vegan Ranch dip with chips.
- Sunbutter cookies (get it: Sunbutter instead of peanut butter).
- Homemade granola (nut and sesame seed free of course).
- Vegan banana muffinswith chocolate ganache and shaved chocolate on top.
- Wheat thins topped with soy cream cheese and crowned with a sliced green olives.
- Artisan Bread in Five minutes a day with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
I do not have access to my computer but will be adding in recipes this week for the ranch dressing, banana muffins and ganache and sunbutter cookies.
