I know that one day my children may require some therapy for their sandwiches spelling words. But I couldn’t help myself. The Wilton boo cookie cutter, jelly, bread and Sunbutter got the best of me at 6am. My son would have forgone lunch to avoid this sandwich, my daughter relished in it. I guess that is the difference between a 13 year old boy and an eight year old girl. A Boo Sandwich. Seriously, I always strive to provide the “cool” food allergy lunch in my subconscious and sometime conscious quest to showcase the fabulous food we eat…food allergies and all!
Here’s to hoping the therapy bills will be low in the future and to the other third grade students who have Boo Sandwich envy right now! Happy Halloween Boo Sandwich types!
My daughter says, “Boo Sandwich is delicious with Sunbutter and jam. You should do it for your kids..they’ll love it for any holiday. It tastes especially good when you put the love in it.” So, maybe that is it, my daughter feels the love and my son is horrified by it!?
