How to Cause a Stir in the Post Office

Gratefulfoodie Allermates boxReceive an allergy friendly Goodie Box from Allermates®! As I stood line at the post office, a postal worker emerged from a side door. He shouted out seeking anyone who needed to only pick up a package.  I waved at him and he grabbed my card and disappeared behind the door. A few minutes later he produced the above Goodie Box from Allermates®. Several people, including the postal worker, asked, “what’s in the goodie box? Who sends goodie boxes?” I explained to the curious crowd that it was full of all sorts of delicious treats that just so happen to be allergy savvy. They wanted me to open the box, but I was not willing to share at this point and I trotted off. Seriously!  I like sharing, BUT, there are times that I will fight for my chocolate. Valentine’s Day Alert: this might be a great gift for someone who lives far or near.
The box was sheer bliss!Allermates®Allermates offers two yummy options for foodies (and those who just love good yummy food): peanut and tree nut free and top eight
Gratefulfooide - Allermates Goodie Box ContentsAllermates® offers two yummy options for foodies (and those who just love good yummy food): peanut and tree nut free and top eight allergen free.  The excitement of the Goodie Box is that you sign up for  subscription to have one shipped to you every other month and you can cancel at any time. The cost is $29.99 with over $35 worth of curated goodies.
I checked online and they have a February Valentine’s Box featured, but it looks like you need to order by February 2nd to receive it on time. My kids and both went goofy for this box! After ditching the idea of an arm wrestle, I gave in and let my daughter have the chocolate lollipop in exchange for the cake mix and apron. The coupons defaulted to me too.
It was soooo much fun discovering new products that I had never seen and lets face, it was darn exciting to talk allergies to stranger while explaining many culinary delights are allergy friendly and the misconception is that foods without allergens taste awful.
Valentine’s Day Idea.  I’m looking forward to signing up for the February box and am grateful for this  surprise gift from my friends atAllermates®. I love gifts. I love surprises. I love allergy savvy food! It was a winner all the way around.
Disclaimer: My Allermates Goodie Box was a gift, there was I was asked to review this, say nice things or to write about. My goal is to share things that I think you might enjoy too. As always, do your homework and call each manufacturer with questions to confirm their foods are safe for you or your family.

Happy Eating!
