In the past, on Wednesdays, I posted my “Put Your Feet Up” blog. I would carve out one hour a week to kick up my feet and grab a cup of tea in the spirit of relaxing, rejuvenating and recharging. Unfortunately, my blog got a lot of hits from folks with foot fetishes and well, that simply creeped me out. Even worse, for reasons unknown to myself, I stopped taking my break too! Well, Wednesdays are back with a vengeance!

After my inspired Lime Spa visit the other day I realized that I wiped out my Wednesday break! Now, an hour a week is not going to cure an overwhelmed over scheduled life, instead it will offer time to recharge and get inspired to pull life back into balance.

Today, I’m sitting outside with a cup of tea, a Dr. Lucy’s gluten, egg, nut and dairy free cookie and nothing else. Just me, the cool breeze and tea while enjoying the moment. (note: check out this fun piece on Tea Tips)
