Just for grins and in the spirit of budgeting, I sat down at the computer and tried to see how many gluten-free recipes I could find that would replace the need to purchase a cookbook. Don’t get me wrong, I live for new cookbooks and have an entire bookcase full of cookbooks. I love the pictures, turning the pages and propping up the cookbook while I cook or bake. I just wanted to see if a person on a serious budget has access to amazing recipes. Guess the answer to my quandary?
This is just one shelf of five that sits in my pantry!
