One of the hardest things I find about managing both life threatening food allergies and asthma is talking to others. I hate to be the one that might be perceived as demanding, pushing or for asking too much. What I now know, fourteen years later, is that honest, clear information presented with kindness works!..
it is interesting to note that cigs are made up of chemicals & just a tiny bit of tobacco. those chemicals create a highly addictive (physiologically & psychologically) product. smoking cessation is not easy -it’s difficult and painful. the best choice is to never begin smoking. sadly, one inhalation can trigger changes in the brain. the harmful effects of the addiction can affect generations…. but, create great wealth for companies associated with the product. this includes states & agencies who use funds from tobacco company lawsuits -the vicious circle perpetuates the sale of more products in order to pay settlements.
