As of today, both of my kids are back to school and reality is settling in: homework, sports, work and getting up early! The first thing I do on this day, is to check all expiration dates! I mean ALL. We’re talking medications, lotions and food items. Even though I do this annually, I always find some sort of seriously outdated bottle of spice in my pantry along side a jar of soynut butter about to expire?! How does this happen? Nevertheless, I thought I would ask if you have peeked at your expiration dates too or do you have a different method for checking? If your post holiday budget is tight, check out the links below for savings!
note: my quest to share data that will help support your lifestyle lives on and I was not paid by any of the companies or businesses mentioned in this post to write about them, etc. I want to share resources with you, so that you can make the best choice possible for yourself or your family.
Prepare for colds and flu. Since three of us have asthma, I’m hyper sensitive to not only keeping all maintenance and rescue asthma medications updated. That includes vitamins and supplements too.
Patient Assistance programs and savings programs: If you haven’t, visit www.Needymeds.org to find saving coupons for medications. Click on the Patient Savings Tab to find the programs and saving, but poke around this highly valuable website! It’s worth it!
EPI Savings Offers: I posted not long ago about the EpiPen® savings offer and this week I’ll post about Auvi-Q®, but until then, check out both websites for current offers.
