Flourless chocolate decadance cake pomegraniteRich, gooey, wheat/gluten free, dairy free (option) and nut free decadence all wrapped up into one show stopping dessert.  The best quality of this recipe is that you can make it ahead of time, freeze, thaw AND you can use the recipe as a base and morph it into something fruity or even dairy embracing–dependent on your allergens by spreading your favorites on top.  The key to this chocolate dense dessert is to use the best quality, allergen friendly ingredients available.  Also, fresh in season fruit push this cake over the side into luxurious treat.

 Flourless Chocolate Decadence Cake RECIPE

 
Flourless, nut free and dairy free Decadence Cake spread with raspberry jam, fresh pomegranate seeds and one luscious strawberry.

I hope you enjoy this cake as much as I do! Warning, you’ll use a few mixing bowls , but it is worth the dish washing.
