Did you know that a metallic taste in the mouth can be a warning sign of Anaphylaxis? I did not know this! Healthline sent over this infographic, “The 17 Effects of Anaphylaxis” and the Metal Mouth and Mental Confusion buttons caught my eye. I have heard this before from others, but never asked for more. The infographic is short, sweet and to the point, which I why I decided to share it. My goal this year is to be less wordy and to eat more veggies. I also have learned that in teaching others, it is critical to be short and sweet (and I’m not talking cake).
